Bestelling kwam na een uur en 10 minuten, volledig koud. Gebeld, waarschijnlijk tas een stuk open blijven staan en het was heel druk. Bestelling is niet opnieuw geleverd, geen oplossing geboden. Men zou volgende keer beter opletten. Heel erg jammer.

1800 besteld voor de kleuter. 1830 melding dat ze onderweg waren. 1915 gebeld en toen moesten ze nog beginnen. Uiteindelijk 1945 bezorgd. Vertraging prima, maar communiceer er dan zelf over.
