How do I update my account details?
You can update your account details by signing into your account through our website. Click 'View personal data' to change any of the following:
Addresses and phone numbers
Click 'Addresses' to view all addresses saved to your account. You can remove or update them. Select 'Update address' to change the street, number, town, postal code and phone number linked to that address.
In 'Personal data', you can edit the name that appears on your orders. Don't forget to click 'Save data' once you've changed it.
You can also change your email address here. After you save this change, we'll send a confirmation to the new email address.
Please be aware that your Points and StampCards are connected to your old email address and can't be transferred to your new email, so be sure to redeem them before changing your email address.
Using Takeaway Pay?
If you take part in the Takeaway Pay program, your company has provided your email address with certain benefits. In this case, it is not possible to change your email address yourself. Please contact the person responsible for the administration of users and benefits within your company.
In the 'Personal data' section, go to 'Messages about news and discounts' and select 'Subscribe' or 'Unsubscribe'. Save your choice by clicking 'Submit preferences', and it will update within 72 hours.
Click on 'Change password' under the 'My account' menu. You'll be able to make your changes there.
After you update your password on our website, you'll need to sign back into your devices using your new password.
