What should I do if a courier behaves inappropriately?
Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. Your safety is always our top priority and we take this issue very seriously.
If you feel that your health, safety or privacy is at risk right now, please call the relevant authority or emergency service as soon as possible. They’ll be able to give you the best advice and to offer extra support if needed.
In the meantime, we will conduct an internal investigation and will assist authorities with your report and cooperate in any official investigation. Please be assured that we require all couriers to act responsibly and respectfully at all times throughout a delivery. This is true for our own couriers, independent couriers and couriers from our business partners.
Please send us as much information about the incident as possible through our Incident Report website. Make sure to include the date, time and location of the incident, the courier's name and/or the licence plate of the vehicle (if available) and a description of what happened. Our dedicated incidents team will then review the situation.
