Why couldn't I use my voucher?

We apologise for the inconvenience. First, please check the expiration date and the 'Terms of use' of your voucher. If that doesn't solve the problem, perhaps something went wrong during payment and your order was never processed. If that's the case, Thuisbezorgd.nl may have temporarily blocked the voucher to prevent it from being applied to multiple orders.

Don't worry, your voucher will most likely reset in 20 minutes since the order didn't go through. In some cases, it might take longer, but it should always reset within 24 hours.
