You can create an account on both our website and app. Website To get started, go to the menu icon in the top right corner of the home page and click 'Create account'. Fill in your details and check the box to make sure you get updates and special offers sent to you. Click on 'Create account' and then check your inbox for an email to confirm your account. Sign in with your email and password and you'll be all ready to start ordering! You can also create an account quickly by connecting with Facebook. Choose 'Sign in with Facebook', and you're all set. You're not required to create an account, but it does have benefits:

Order history
Thuisbezorgd.nl saves all of your orders which you can view at any time. Enjoy one order so much that you want to order it again? Just find it in your order history and reorder it in a snap!

Favourites
Can't get enough of that sushi restaurant or your favourite pizza place? Instantly find your most-loved restaurants in your 'Favourites'. Click the heart icon on the restaurant page to save them to the top of the restaurant list.

Manage your addresses
You can add multiple delivery addresses to your account for a quicker ordering experience. It's perfect for ordering from different places like home, work or a friend's house. You can also change the phone numbers assigned to each address by selecting 'Update address'.

Points programme
While you earn points every time you order, you can only collect them if you have an account. You can redeem points for great offers, including discounts on clothing, food, entertainment and more. Learn more about Points and start collecting!

How do I update my account details?

Accepted Answer

You can update your account details by signing into your account through our website. Click 'View personal data' to change any of the following:

Addresses and phone numbers
Click 'Addresses' to view all addresses saved to your account. You can remove or update them. Select 'Update address' to change the street, number, town, postal code and phone number linked to that address.

Name
In 'Personal data', you can edit the name that appears on your orders. Don't forget to click 'Save data' once you've changed it.

Email address
You can also change your email address here. After you save this change, we'll send a confirmation to the new email address.

Please be aware that your Points and StampCards are connected to your old email address and can't be transferred to your new email, so be sure to redeem them before changing your email address.

Using Takeaway Pay?
If you take part in the Takeaway Pay program, your company has provided your email address with certain benefits. In this case, it is not possible to change your email address yourself. Please contact the person responsible for the administration of users and benefits within your company.

Email newsletter
In the 'Personal data' section, go to 'Messages about news and discounts' and select 'Subscribe' or 'Unsubscribe'. Save your choice by clicking 'Submit preferences', and it will update within 72 hours.

Update password
Click on 'Change password' under the 'My account' menu. You'll be able to make your changes there.

Multiple devices
After you update your password on our website, you'll need to sign back into your devices using your new password.

How do I delete my account?

We're sorry to hear that you want to delete your account. While you'll no longer receive the same benefits, you can still order without an account.

If you wish to delete your account due to the amount of newsletters you receive, please know that you can easily unsubscribe in your personal settings and deleting your account is not necessary.

To confirm that this request is coming from you, please send an email to info@thuisbezorgd.nl using the email address connected to your Thuisbezorgd.nl account. We'll then delete your account from our database and notify you of the change.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Already created an account but forgot your password? No problem!

Web
Click on the menu icon in the top right corner to open 'My account'. Select 'Sign in' and click on 'Forgot password?'. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

Once you've received our email, select 'Click here' in the message to be redirected to a window where you can enter a new password for your account.

App
Click on the menu icon in the top left corner of the app. Follow the instructions above, and you'll be ready to use your account again.

Why do I have to enter a code when I sign in?

We want to ensure that your data is safe with us and that nobody will take advantage of your account. To do this, we have a two-step verification in place.

Whenever you sign in, we'll send a verification code to your email address. Once you type in the code in the pop-up window, you're all set!

Don't feel like filling in a code every time you sign in? No problem! You can avoid this step when you remain signed into trusted devices.
