How can I participate?

You must place an order over €5 to participate and receive a treat. Please make sure you sign up to updates and discounts at checkout or in the Preference Centre to be eligible to receive a treat. After receiving the invitation email, you have 72 hours to open your treat.

What if my order got cancelled?

If your order has been cancelled, you will not receive an email to open your treat.

I cancelled my order. What happens?

Cancelled orders do not count towards a treat.

If my order gets cancelled by the restaurant, can I still participate?

Unfortunately, even if the order isn’t cancelled by you, any cancelled order is invalid. Only customers with a complete order are eligible to open a treat.

I ordered, but forgot to sign up for the email newsletter

To enter the promotion, customers must tick the relevant sign up box during the checkout process. This will allow you to receive all Treatmas emails and other updates.

I have not received an invitation to play email

It can take up to 24 hours to receive your invitation email to open your treat. Please check if you are subscribed to our email newsletter. If so, please check your spam box.

Can I enter the promotion more than once a day?

Yes, customers can participate maximum 5 times per day. Every order is an entry to participate.

What if I order more than 5 times in December?

You can only open 5 treats. You will no longer receive any emails after you have opened all 5.

I ordered on the 31 December 11pm, does it still count?

Entries are only valid on orders made before 11:59:59pm 31 December 2022.

Can I enter the promotion if I am not a resident of The Netherlands?

Unfortunately, the competition is only open to residents of The Netherlands.

Can I participate if I am an employee of Just Eat Takeaway.com?

Sorry, partners, executive directors, employees, and immediate relatives of employees of Just Eat Takeaway.com cannot enter.

How do I find out which treat I get?

After placing an order, you will receive an email with an invitation to open your treat on the game page. On the game page, you need to click "Reveal your treat" to see instantly what your treat will be. After 2 hours, we will send you your voucher code via email.

How do I get my treat?

The treat will be sent to via email after you have revealed what it is in the game page.

Am I responsible for paying tax on the prize?

Thuisbezorgd.nl will pay any gambling taxes due and/or any withholding tax that must be withheld from a prize. You should consult your own (tax) advisor regarding the local tax and legal consequences of winning a prize.

What happens if I don’t want the treat?

It's up to you whether you want to use your treat after you have received the voucher.

What should I do if I have problems with my vouchers from a partner?

If you have problems with your vouchers from a partner, please contact their customer service.
