Order.Play.Win. September 2022 JET Campaign Terms & Conditions

These terms & conditions are applicable to the Order&Win 2022 campaign (“Campaign”), organised by Takeaway.com Central Core B.V., with registered office at Piet Heinkade 61, 1019 GM Amsterdam, The Netherlands (“Just Eat Takeaway.com” or “JET” or "Promoter").


  1. By participating in the Campaign each participant “Participant”, shall agree with these terms and conditions.
  2. The Campaign will start on 6th September 2022 at 00:00 hrs and ends on 6th October 2022 at 23:59 hrs (the “Campaign Period”).
  3. Participants that act in violation of these terms & conditions will be excluded from participation in the Campaign.

The Campaign

  1. The Campaign, which consists of an “instant win” competition, is enrolled on Thuisbezorgd.nl (“Platform”) in The Netherlands.
  2. The campaign consists of two elements:
    1. Instant win (“Order.Play.Win.”), where a participant is invited to play, and is linked to a dedicated landing page, where they will spin a wheel. The participant will receive an instant message telling them if they have won a prize or not.
    2. In the case of a new customer, a guaranteed prize is offered - subject to availability (see clause 6bvii). The definition of a new customer will be a customer who has never ordered or hasn’t ordered in 2 years or more.
  3. To take part in the Campaign, the Participant has to:
    1. place a successful and completed order via the Platform with a minimum order value of €5 during the Campaign Period;
    2. subscribe to receiving Campaign related and other marketing emails from the Promoter;
    3. click on the link in the participation email or push notification to be linked to a dedicated landing page;
    4. Tick the T&Cs & the privacy statement on the landing page and spin the wheel.
  4. Participants who have fulfilled all conditions specified in Clause 2.c can win one of the prizes specified below in Clause 6.
  5. Participants are able to participate in the Campaign at most twice during every 24 hour period.
  6. No communication costs are charged by JET for participating in the Campaign.
  7. JET reserves the right to suspend, revoke the Campaign at any time pursuant to the applicable law.


  1. In order to participate, it is necessary to be a resident of the Netherlands.
  2. Subject to Clause 3, everyone can participate in the Campaign except (family members of) employees of JET, group companies of JET and third parties engaged by JET for the execution of this Campaign.
  3. A minimal age of 18 years is required for participation in the Campaign.

Territorial Area

Entire territory of the Netherlands.

Deadline for Delivery of Prizes


  1. Winners will be announced immediately after spinning the wheel on the game page.
  2. If the awarded prize is a pair of tickets, after the campaign end date, October 6th, 2022, our ticketing agency ATPI will start communication around ticket allocation.
  3. Winners will receive final confirmation of the assigned tickets latest 7 days prior to the match taking place.
  4. Matches take place on 25/26 of October and/or 2/3 of November, 2022.


Selection and announcing the winners

  1. After spinning the wheel in accordance with Clause 2, the Participant will immediately receive a pop-up message indicating if a prize has been won. Within 48 hours, winners will receive an email with more information and next steps in order to claim their prize.
  2. Winners of UEFA UCL tickets (“Order.Play.Win.”) will receive a prize confirmation email from JET within 48 hours. In this email there’s a link to a landing page where winners are able to share their club of preference. Winners have 48 hours after receiving this email to provide the requested information. If a winner does not respond or does not adequately provide all requested details and assurances within 48 hours of being notified as per Clause 7.b, then the JET will randomly assign tickets to the winner.
  3. Winners of UEFA UCL tickets will receive an additional email from our ticketing partner ATPI with a request to provide certain assurances and submit necessary (personal) details. This email will be sent after the campaign has ended on October 6th, 2022. From the time of receiving this email, winners have 48 hours to provide the requested details.
  4. If a winner does not respond or does not adequately provide all requested details and assurances within 48 hours of being notified as per Clause 7.b, then the prize will be deemed as not assigned and JET shall withdraw the prize.
  5. Winners of the Campaign guarantee that the personal information provided to JET and the ticketing partner is correct, truthful and complete.


  1. JET’s privacy notice and the General Data Protection Regulation apply to the personal information shared by Participants in connection to this Campaign.
  2. The personal information made available by the Participant to JET in connection to the Campaign is used to inform the Participant about the Campaign and to inform the Participant if he/she has won a prize. For these purposes, the personal data may also be transferred to our ticketing partner ATPI. This data will be deleted at the end of the Campaign Period.


  1. The participation in the Campaign is at Participant’s own risk.
  2. JET accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by an entrant or his/her/their accompanying companions as a result of participating in the Campaign or in relation to any Prize. Once the Tickets have been awarded as Prizes under these Campaign Terms and Conditions, under no circumstances can JET be held liable for any losses, costs or damages arising from or related to the postponement, cancellation, abandonment, change of venue, reduction of stadium capacity or the playing behind closed doors of a UEFA UCL match or the inability otherwise to attend such a match.
  3. JET takes great care in organising the Campaign, but the possibility that information presented regarding the Campaign is incomplete or incorrect cannot be entirely ruled out. Inaccuracies, spelling mistakes or comparable mistakes on the Campaign’s website or other Campaign materials published by JET of whatever nature, cannot be held against JET or cause any obligation for JET.
  4. Nothing in these Campaign Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of JET for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  5. JET and third parties engaged by JET, are not liable for failures in network, hardware or software by social media channels that cause data to be delayed or lost.


JET retains the right to investigate the participation in the Campaign for any fraudulent activities and take any measures to end them. These measures may comprise that JET at its own discretion cancels an eligible order. Campaign entries earned through fraudulent activities or activities in violation of these terms and conditions will be null and void.


  1. These Campaign terms and conditions will not be changed by JET during the term of the Campaign.
  2. Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.
  3. Any gambling taxes due in respect of this Campaign and/or any withholding tax that must be withheld from a prize are for the account of JET.
  4. Any taxes (other than gambling taxes) due in respect of this Campaign is for the account of the winner.
  5. A winner should consult their own (tax) advisors regarding the local tax and legal consequences of winning a prize as won prizes may need to be declared to the local (tax) authorities
