Sorry, cancelled orders don’t count.

Unfortunately, even if the order isn’t cancelled by you, any cancelled order is invalid. Only customers with a complete order are eligible to play and win.

To enter the competition, customers must tick the relevant opt-in box during the checkout process, to receive information about winning tickets.

Every ticket winner receives two tickets to a match in the UCL group stages, provided in an e-ticket format.

Your companion should be at least 18 years old, and fit to travel. If you want to take your child, the child needs to be at least 14 and the winner must be their legal guardian.

Winners are asked to share one club preference of their choice. We will do everything in our power to arrange tickets to a match of this particular club. However, in the event that these tickets are unavailable, the winner will receive tickets to a randomly selected match.

After playing, we’ll let you know immediately whether you’ve won and notify you by email. You’ll then be contacted by our ticketing partner with additional information.

Travel and accommodation costs are covered for certain winner groups. Please check the T&Cs and the confirmation email to see which services your win includes. Your prize only includes travel and/or accommodation if this is expressly stated in your confirmation email.

Travel insurance is not included. You are solely responsible for arranging any insurances you deem necessary in relation to attending a UCL group stage match.

Thuisbezorgd.nl will pay any gambling taxes due and/or any withholding tax that must be withheld from a prize. You should consult your own (tax) advisor regarding the local tax and legal consequences of winning a prize.

After our ticketing partner reaches out to you, you have 48 hours to confirm your prize. If you don’t respond or accept the prize, the prize will go to another participant.

Tickets are personalised and can’t be passed to anyone else.

We are not responsible for any incident or infection during the match or travels and will not cover any related costs.

UEFA will ensure safety measures are complied with in all countries. If you feel unsure, please don’t accept the prize.
