Verkeerde bestelling te laat geleverd. Het bedrijf zelf hielp tijdens de klachtbehandeling slecht. Vervolgens een bericht naar thuisbezorgd moeten sturen. Broodjes waren daarnaast alles behalve rijkelijk belegd. Geen aanrader.

Niet alle ingrediënten waarvoor je betaald worden gebruikt, bijvoorbeeld bij Lasagne; geen enkele tomaat of tomatensaus. Kurkdroog en we hebben het maar weggegooid. Tevens was de 1/2 pizza salami zeer summier belegd en wederom amper tomatensaus.

Vanavond de Pizza prosciutto en provola besteld. In de beschrijving staat ‘met TOMATENSAUS’ Ik krijg een droge pizza zonder saus met wat ham en rucola. Ik heb 4 keer gebeld en voicemail ingesproken, maar ik krijg geen reactie. Ronduit slecht!

De bezorging was keurig volgens de aangegeven tijd. Maar de smaak was vlak en saai. De pasta bolognese bestond uit brokken ui met een beetje gehakt en smaakloze saus. Wij hebben het na twee happen in de prullenbak gedaan. Voor ons geen 2de keer.

Ik geef meerdere keren bij het opmerkingen vlak aan ZONDER kaas aan. Dit wordt volledig genegeerd en elke keer krijg ik het weer met kaas. Keer op keer. Waarom een opmerkingen vlak als er niet naar gekeken word? Erg jammer.
