Ongetwijfeld de beste sushi tent van heel Nederland. De eigenaar gaat helaas z’n deuren sluiten en belde persoonlijk om dat door te geven. Dat zegt genoeg over de service, kwaliteit en passie van deze topper. Amsterdam is een stuk armer zonder jou!

##Sushi bestellen bij de Zenzai Sushi Zenzai is natuurlijk een Japans woord. Maar wat betekent het nou eigenlijk? Het is een zoet gerecht uit de Japanse keuken van azukibonensoep met rijstkoek. Dit verkopen ze echter niet, want de Zenzai Sushi is gespecialiseerd in sushi. Je kunt zowel losse sushi bestellen als sushi boxes. Zo’n box is natuurlijk lekker makkelijk bestellen. Je hoeft niet elke sushi die je gaat eten zelf uit te kiezen. En via een box kom je ook uit op sushi die je nog nooit gehad had, maar zelf nooit zou kiezen. Dan kunnen er hele leuke verrassingen tussen zitten. In de meeste boxes zitten dan ook een aantal bekende sushi aangevuld met minder bekende sushi. Zo heb je altijd een goede combinatie. ##Hosomaki, sashimi, nigiri, uramaki, temari, gunkan en futomaki Zoals in de titel al te lezen is, heb je enorm veel soorten sushi. De menukaart van de Zenzai Sushi heeft gelukkig allemaal afbeeldingen van de gerechten erbij, zodat je niet steeds hoeft op te zoeken wat voor sushi je nou gaat bestellen. De plaatjes zien er zo goed uit, dat je het eigenlijk gelijk van je beeldscherm af wilt eten. Naast de standaard sushi, heb je ook nog bijgerechten die de moeite waard zijn. Wat dacht je van mini springrolls, teriyaki salade of een Japanse zeewier salade. Stuk voor stuk toppers uit de Japanse keuken. Een echte aanrader bij de sushi is trouwens de Temaki. Zo bestaat de Temaki California uit een puntzakje van zeewier gevuld met krab, avocado, komkommer, oshinko, tamago en sesam.
