Ik heb om 17:15 besteld met de tijd 18:15 bezorgen. Het kwam niet zolaat, het kwam om 18:50. Ik heb geprobeerd te bellen maar onbereikbaar. Mijn burger kwam ook niet super warm meer aan.. Echt even teleurgesteld.

In de middag is de bestelling geplaatst voor een specifiek tijdstip. Als je weet dat je zo'n tijd niet gaat halen zou dit geen optie moeten zijn. Daarna zijn ze telefonisch onbereikbaar, waardoor je ook niet weet of de bestelling überhaupt nog komt.
