Meneer belde mij beetje boos op, waarom ik via thuisbezorgd had besteld. En dat het via zijn eigen site moest. Oke, prima. Vervolgens heel naar telefoon gesprek tot ik mijn telefoon aan mijn beste vriend gaf. Alles was oke. Eten is bezorgd.

Bezorgers zijn vaak te laat en bezorgen op het verkeerde adres. Manager weet niet te praten met de klanten. Jonge onervaren bezorgers. Altijd contant betalen zogenaamd doet de pin apparaat het niet.
