Schandalig was het. Heb na een uur gebeld en toen ben ik schandalig te woord gestaan. Toen ik vroeg hoe lang het nog duurde konden ze ineens geen Nederlands praten en gooiden de haak erop. Het eten was slecht en koud. Schandalig!!!
