zelfde ervaring alsonderstaande klant. twee keer gebeld. uiteindelijk na twee uur en drie kwartier bezorgd. foodtracker geeft aan dat eten zobezorgd wordt. klopt niks van. Jammer, eten is prima maar duurt veel te lang!

Ik heb drie uur moeten wachten op m’n bestelling, het is maandag en 20min rijden. Na 2 uur wachten heb ik gebeld en zou het nog 20 min duren wat een uur bleek te zijn. Ik snap het als het druk is, maar geef dat van te voren aan of bel zelf even.
