Nooit meer Ziya's Place! 2uur 15 moeten wachten op de bestelling! Terwijl de app aangaf dat het al bezorgd was. Bestelling ook nog incompleet, moest nabezorgd worden. Eten ook niet bijzonder.

Eten 80 minuten later dan gepland. De helft van de ingrediënten vergeten. Tijd geleden ook besteld en bezorging was toen hetzelfde: (veel) te laat. Nooit meer.

Weer meer dan een uur gewacht. Als je belt krijg je een slecht verstaanbaar verhaal. Wij druk, wij sorry. Bel dan je klant even op dat het langer duurt, compenseert etc. Geen woord mee te wisselen. Erg jammer!
