The Natte is a so-called double, a Belgian type of soft dark beer. The use of dark malt gives the Natte a reddish-brown color. That malt also provides the soft roasted flavor. Finished with mildly bitter hops, this is a nicely balanced beer and 1 of the brewery's classics

It is a tripel, under which, according to Belgian tradition, heavier blond beers fall. The Zatte more than lives up to this. It is a firm golden yellow beer with a scent of fresh fruit and a hint of grain here and there. The taste is slightly sweet and ends in a fine dry finish. A sturdy Amsterdam white beer that drinks dangerously well. Slightly cloudy, nicely golden in color and with a nice, soft head. Like any white beer, brewed with a proportion of wheat malt, from which the beer takes its name (white is an old Dutch word for wheat). The wheat malt gives the beer a wonderfully fresh taste. The addition of coriander seeds and lemon during brewing provides the slightly spicy and citrusy notes. The fine slightly sweet aftertaste makes the Ijwit a great thirst quencher

Our I.P.A. is a dark blond beer with a distinct hop flavor. The abbreviation stands for India Pale Ale. This is an originally English style of beer that came about when English ales were given a higher alcohol content and firmer hop recipe. That way they survived the ship journey to the colonies better. In our I.P.A., we added hops to the beer not only during brewing, but also during aging.
