I have added users to a budget group during the month. How much allowance will they receive?
Currently, the users will receive the full monthly allowance set for this budget group. We are working to change this to a proportional amount depending on the start date.

All eligible companies can request cards for activated employees via the ‘Users’ tab in the admin portal. If you need assistance, please contact your account manager.
I didn’t receive an activation email, what can I do?
First, please check your spam and other folders in your inbox. If it's still not there, go to the Thuisbezorgd Pay login page and click ‘Forgot password?’
Can the card be used internationally?
Yes, it is possible to enable global coverage for the card.
Will I receive separate invoices for transactions on the card and those made online?
No, both online and card transactions will be on one invoice.
