Should I connect my balance to my existing account or should I create a new account?

That’s up to you and your employer. Some people prefer to connect their Thuisbezorgd Pay allowance to their professional email if their company provides the allowance. Your employer might also choose to set the allowance for company emails only.

Whichever option you choose, Thuisbezorgd Pay will be available for you.

Where can I see how much Thuisbezorgd Pay balance I have?

You can view your Thuisbezorgd Pay in the Thuisbezorgd Pay section in the settings menu. You must be logged in to view your account. If you are not able to view it, please make sure you have activated your Thuisbezorgd Pay account via the activation email.

Question 3

There’s a sticker on the card that says, ‘Use at selected locations only’. What does this mean?

The card is limited to establishments that sell prepared meals and beverages, such as restaurants, cafes and bakeries. It cannot be used in locations that sell other items, such as supermarkets, clothing stores or petrol stations.
It is also limited to offline usage, meaning it does not work for online payments.

Are the purchases I make with my card visible to my employer?

No, your employer will not be able to see what you have purchased with your card.

I can't sign into my account. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

If you are the administrator, you can connect to the admin portal here at Thuisbezorgd Pay . Your Thuisbezorgd Pay balance can be found in your Thuisbezorgd.nl account. If you are having trouble logging in to Thuisbezorgd Pay, you may need to recover your password.

Question 6

How do I activate my account for Thuisbezorgd Pay?

You can activate your Thuisbezorgd Pay account once your company's administrator has set up your balance. Click 'Activate now' in the activation email you receive. If you already have a Thuisbezorgd Pay account that your company's administratoristrator has registered, you will not receive an email. You can access your Thuisbezorgd Pay section on your account settings menu.
