- To purchase a Thuisbezorgd.nl Pay Gift card please visit Thuisbezorgd.nl and follow the instructions to order your gift card.
- Thuisbezorgd.nl gift cards can currently only be redeemed on www.Thuisbezorgd.nl
- The gift card belongs to Thuisbezorgd.nl, Piet Heinkade 61, 1019 GM, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Customers will only ever need to contact with Thuisbezorgd.nl if they have any issues with the gift card or require refunds. The Thuisbezorgd.nl Pay Gift card is issued to Thuisbezorgd.nl by a third party processor, but sales are managed and fulfilled by Thuisbezorgd.nl
- Purchases of gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Gift cards cannot be topped up.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Thuisbezorgd.nl Pay Gift Cards. This card has the same value as cash when using it on our platform. Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be replaced. This card is not a credit card or debit card and cannot be reloaded, except to the extent required by law. Unused credit loaded to a Thuisbezorgd.nl account may not be transferred to another Thuisbezorgd.nl account
- We reserve the right not to fulfill a gift card purchase at our own discretion and we will refund the transaction in that case.
- If we believe that at the point of purchase or retrospectively you are abusing gift cards in any way or selling them to others, we reserve the right to cancel your gift card and close your Thuisbezorgd.nl account without letting you know beforehand.
- Thuisbezorgd.nl reserves the right to prevent third parties from distributing or advertising its gift cards, at its own discretion.
- Thuisbezorgd.nl is not responsible for replacement of lost, damaged, stolen gift cards, or for gift cards sold or distributed by a third party not approved by Thuisbezorgd.nl.
- In no event will Thuisbezorgd.nl be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits, even if Thuisbezorgd.nl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Gift Cards expire in accordance with the terms stated upon delivery of the gift card. Once expired, any remaining balance will be cancelled, and the gift card will be held to be void.
- Any unused credit will be treated as a forfeiture by the customer in respect of the right to use the gift card and the unused credit will be treated as a no sale. The expiration date asstated upon delivery of the gift card will be an acceptable cut off period for this clause toapply.
- Gift card credit can be used in conjunction with Apple Pay, Android Pay or VisaCheckout.
- Gift card credit cannot be used in conjunction with cash.
- Gift card credit cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional codes or discountvouchers.
- If the value of your purchase is less than the value of your gift card, your purchaseamount will be debited from your gift card and the remaining gift card value can beredeemed when you make a next purchase.
- If the value of your purchase (including service charge and restaurant charges) exceedsthe value of the gift card, Thuisbezorgd.nl will calculate the remaining balance at checkoutwhich you will be able to pay using another payment method accepted at Thuisbezorgd.n
- When you cancel a Thuisbezorgd.nl order and have used your gift card for full or partpayment, the amount used on the gift card will be placed back on the gift card.
- 20 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- The general terms and conditions found on the Thuisbezorgd.nl website will apply to thepurchase of gift cards, and by purchasing a gift card you are also bound by the generalterms and conditions.
- The Thuisbezorgd.nl Privacy Policy found on our website applies to the extent we maycollect or handle any personal information in connection with the gift cards.
- When you purchase a gift card you warrant to us that you are the duly authorizedrecipient of the gift card and that you are using it in accordance with these terms, lawfully,legally and in good faith. If we believe in our sole discretion that a gift card is being used inbreach of these terms, unlawfully, illegally or in bad faith, we may reject or cancel the giftcard.
- These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim (including a non-contractualdispute or claim) arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall begoverned by the laws of the Netherlands and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of theDutch court.
- If there is no expiration date on the Gift Card purchased, the Gift Cards are valid for 3years following the purchase date. Where local legislation prescribes a longer expirationterm and this 3 years period has already passed, making you unable to redeem your GiftCard, please contact the local customer services department of Thuisbezorgd.nl who will beable to support you.
