Besteld om 17:00 voor levering 17:45, werd 19:35. Gebeld kon het direct ophalen, maar bestelde ijs zat niet meer in assortiment, moest ik maar met thuisbezorgd regelen. Patat was klam en lauw, schimmel op broodje. Was een grote teleurstelling!

Wat een belabberde service. Omdat het minstens 1,5 uur zou duren gebeld om te annuleren. Kon het wel direct ophalen. Eenmaal daar mocht ik de bezorgkosten nog wel ff afrekenen. Doei.

Gekozen voor afhalen, dit was sneller.Eten stond al keurig klaar.Geholpen door een vriendelijke dame en de Luna schotel was heerlijk en alles was lekker warm!

Heure de livraison
Sie hatten keinen fürs Liefern. Der Chef wollte es dann um 22;00 Uhr selbst bringen. Ich hab es dann um 20:00 Uhr selbst geholt, aber es war natürlich schon mit Lieferung bezahlt.
