The Thuisbezorgd Refer a Friend programme

Within the Thuisbezorgd.nl courier referral program, active couriers (referrers) have the opportunity to receive a bonus payment if they successfully refer future couriers (referral) via a special URL that meets certain conditions.

The referrer must work for Thuisbezorgd.nl as a courier at the time of application and must still work for Thuisbezorgd.nl on the eventual payment date.

By agreeing to terms and conditions, you agree to share your recruitment data with your friend who has referred you.

The bonus payment amounts to a cash payment of € 100 gross for the referrer.

From the 1st of January 2025 until the 31st of March 2025, this bonus payment in Amsterdam, Breda, Heerlen, Leiden, Maastricht, Tilburg, Venlo, Zaandam, Zwolle and Waalwijk is temporarily increased to € 250 gross, provided the referral is hired before including the 31st of March 2025. The bonus payment in Den- Bosch, Den- Haag, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Alphen aan den Rijn, Amersfoort, Apeldoorn, Deventer, Dordrecht, Ede, Gouda, Nijmegen, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Zoetermeer & Eindhoven is temporarily increased to € 400 gross, provided the referral is hired before including the 31st of March 2025. On the 1st of April 2025, the bonus payment will automatically revert to the regular amount of € 100.

To qualify for the bonus payment of €100 or the increased amount when applicable, the recommended courier (referral) must be an active Thuisbezorgd.nl courier (only couriers who work for Randstad Payroll or 365Werk Payroll) for at least 60 days without any misbehaviour or disciplinary actions; this includes lateness and or no-show. Former couriers who are referred and rehired using the provided link meet the payment conditions only if they are rehired at least 6 months after the termination date of their previous employment with Thuisbezorgd.nl.

To identify a valid referral application by Thuisbezorgd.nl, the job application must be made via the URL provided to the referrer. This will be communicated electronically via email. A subsequent acceptance of a job application without a referral URL is excluded.

The bonus will be paid together with the salary payment in the month following the one in which the conditions for the payment of the bonus have been met.
