First, we want to get to your basic preferences. During your application, you’ll let us know what fits your life:
Your City: Where you want to deliver.
Your Contract & Hours: Tell us how much you want to work! We offer different contract types ranging from part-time to full-time (up to 36 hours). Whether you’re looking for a side hustle or a full-time career, you choose the preference that fits your schedule.
Your Wheels: Will you use your own bike, an e-bike, or a scooter? (Remember: for motorized vehicles, a valid Dutch license is required).
The Essentials: You must be at least 16 years old (18+ for scooters/cars) and have a valid BSN (Social Security Number).
Once we’ve reviewed your application, it’s time for a quick screening. We want to make sure you have all the info you need about the job, the competitive salary, working conditions and next steps.
You get to choose how you want to talk to us:
The Fast Track (Recommended): Choose our automated WhatsApp flow. It’s the quickest way to get started. You’ll get all the same details as a phone call, but you can complete it whenever it suits you.
The Personal Touch: If you prefer a chat, you can schedule a call with one of our recruiters.
In both cases, we’ll double-check your availability and ensure you have the right equipment, like a smartphone with 4GB of data.
Here’s how it works…
Once we’ve confirmed that we’re a great match, our payroll partner 365Werk takes over to make things official.
Digital Sign-up: You’ll receive a link to their portal. We recommend registering within 24 hours to keep the momentum going!
Documents: You’ll need to upload your ID, BSN, and bank details. Just a heads-up: there is a 7-day window to get this done, so have your documents ready.
Before your first shift, we ensure you’re fully prepared:
Online Training: Complete our interactive "Courier Learning eXperience" to learn the ropes of safe delivery and how to use the app.
Professional Gear: We’ll provide you with high-quality Thuisbezorgd.nl clothing and equipment for free.
Your First Shift: Once your gear is ready, you'll book your first shift in the app and you’re ready to go!
